Some anti-theft lights blink by default ( a pocket-size red light near the dash, for example is there to warn off thieves ). If this is another type of light and so disconnect your bombardment (negative first then positive) for 30 minutes and reconnect in contrary order (positive then negative). 2010 ford egde "anti theft falshing fast" door ajar light stays on. Check wires nether e brake pedal. Left foot wore threw vii wires cut em clean. Reconnected wires protected with a pc of carpeting rolled effectually the bundle of wires after. Fixed my problems

I have a mercury backwoodsman 99. I broke the immobilizer band afterward my 1yo flushed my keys and well i didnt realize the immobilizer was even in that location like a rookie i broke it replaced it and ignition destroyed old tumbler . pulled toilet after found keys . managed to become old tumbler to work. So i have original key. Only 1 came with it !!! Calorie-free blinks like crazy will plow over no kickoff . also lawmaking 11 blinks once so a once more a sec subsequently . ive tryed everything read the codes no codes just the check engine light is on? It doesnt stay on for i sec let lone 3 when turning on? Its already been bypassed with a push butten start before i bought it . ran great till i lost the keys and switched out the ignition. Ive disconnect and pulled all kinds of fuses none are blown and relays cheque out. I constitute another relay box underhood passenger side under air filter ? Another one under the dash in the middle just above the gas pedal ? Somebody ive already lost enough money spending not working delight help

I have 2001 f150.I had the windshield resealed so did a reset .I turn the fundamental on and unhooked the positive battery cablevision for 30 minutes with the key still on I hooked the cable back upwardly.took care of my anti-theft light.starts right up now.

I take a 1997 Ford Expedition the anti-theft low-cal is blinking. I lost the security chip out of the key. And I had ii other transponder keys fabricated and took information technology to the Ford Place and they wiped the calculator system playing I guess but they said these keys are programmed to the truck but the anti-theft light is however blinking and will non start. Sad telephone is cleaved pcm relay under hood and the xxx amp under the dash n in that location is I believe two more high amp fuses under the hood as well to check I believe you lot can look in the owners transmission to be assact.
That's for both of yous n if not you need to test to see if in that location is a short to the pcm

This anti theft crap is the biggest load of crap I've ever seen. Snowplowing, got sucked in ditch, got tugged x times to get information technology out drove home no bug, shut it off and open led door and alarm started blaring. Nothing would stop it. And now no crank no commencement. I had to remove the horn relay because information technology wouldn't cease blaring the horn. Absolutely embarrassing. And so turn key to run and jumper minor terminal on solenoid to crank the engine over to start it. Seriously this is the dumbest affair I've ever seen on a vehicle in my life. This is my coin making rig and at present everytime the plow motor kills the engine i have to get out to restart it. Effen trash.
